Homemade strawberry ice cream has little in common with any commercial strawberry ice cream you may have tried in the past. So make this a reminder to you in batches this summer and make sure everyone smiles.

Grilled strawberry ice cream
To make this ice cream you will first sprinkle some fresh berries on a baking sheet (I usually use less perfect berries for this recipe), then use a small piece of maple syrup or lightly sprinkle with sugar and then sprinkle them in Oven. You don’t need to take care of them, just stir them halfway through the baking time.
When the berries are soft and the juice is released, you will transfer it to the blender with any juice. Add some milk and puree until smooth. Then just add the remaining ingredients, pulsate a few times to combine, and then pour the mixture into the ice cream maker.
The most popular question I get is whether it is possible to make ice cream without a machine. The answer is yes. You can make ice cream without a machine. Find the full instructions here!
