How to store leftovers
The freezer was great for the first time, but it was convenient the next day. Here’s how to store and heat leftovers so that they’re just right:
- refrigerator: Store all cooked leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
- refrigerator: Cool completely and then freeze in each section for up to 2-3 months.
- Heating tips: Add soup or cream to revive the seasoning and avoid drying. Reheat in microwave, stove or slow cooker.
