How much does this meal plan eat?
Start your week as long as you need. It offers five meals and can feed about 4-6 people. It also includes a shopping list! With new ideas and easy-to-make recipes, having a weekly menu plan will be a lifeguard.
Why do I have to have a meal?
- Save time: Dinner no longer panic at 4:00 pm. With the menu plan, you know exactly what is on the menu, what you need and how long it takes to cook.
- save money: Meal plans offer wonders for your wallet. When you organize your shopping list for the week, you will easily spot opportunities to buy in bulk and creatively repurpose leftovers. This is a clever way to keep more money in your pocket.
- Goodbye Takeaway: You are unlikely to call when you plan your dinner ahead of time and store groceries. Cooking at home means more savings and a healthier diet. Win-win!

Store leftovers
I only eat meal plans, Monday to Friday, because sometimes we have plans for the weekend, or I have the rest, we have to finish this week! If you do have leftovers, make sure they are stored correctly in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
