Ingredients for fresh sugar lemonade

Seriously, this recipe is not easy. Like, don’t blink or you might miss it!

Four simple ingredients for matte lemonade:

  • Ice cubes: Nothing to miss here – the regular ice cubes in the refrigerator will solve the problem!
  • Heavy cream: This ingredient has a “whipped” flavor and texture. We also performed the effect with half and half effects.
  • Lemon juice: The key is to use freshly squeezed lemon juice to get the brightest, freshest flavor. Do not remove it in bottled lemon juice.
  • Sweet condensed milk: The strong power of this ingredient can add to the creaminess and the necessary sweetness to balance the egg lemon juice.

I know it can be annoying to open a can of sweet condensed milk and not use all the food, but leftovers can easily be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. Or, just make more matte lemonade!

Flavor changes

We’ve been repeating this matte lemonade. In doing so, we found that it can adapt to other fruit combinations.

How to make other matte lemonade flavors: To make different flavor changes, replace 1/4 to 1/3 of the ice with frozen fruits (such as frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, hackberries, etc.)!

Last summer, we still had some precious huckleberries bags that were wrapped around in the refrigerator. I’ve been there Ho Protect them, after a lot of soul searches, I decided to use a 1/2 cup of vavlululu in this version of matte lemonade. It will continue to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Excellent!

{My 13 year old wants me to inform you that she often whips this drink herself (who loves doing it when she has friends ends up), and her favorite variant is added to frozen strawberries! }

Quick note about mixer

This mixture will be smoother and easier in high power mixers such as Ninja, Vitamix or Blendtec. Unfortunately, I haven’t tried any other blender besides Vitamix, so I can’t guarantee how it performs with a normal-driven blender.

If you don’t have a high power mixer, Start with less ice and add gradually, depending on how the mixer is handled.

This is a fun summer drink! And, since lemons and frozen fruits are available year-round, you can enjoy it when you need a refreshing snack.

It has become our favorite treat and I can’t wait for you to try it! 🍋
