Why is dining planning helpful?
OK, I don’t think the meal plan is My business Until I finally tried…wow. I don’t know how calm this will make me feel. like:
- No more dinners: I actually know what dinner is, so it feels less confusing at 5pm.
- Children can help: Since I have a plan, they know what to do and can jump in.
- I want to save money: I don’t buy random things five times a week or run to the store.
- I feel more interested: I’m teaching my kids and creating more peace at home, not just at night.
It’s a small shift, but it’s a big change. Just share this weekly meal plan insight in case you are on the same boat I was at the time.

Store leftover meals
I usually only have meal plans Monday to Friday. Weekends are a bit like wildcards, with plans or leftovers for the rest of the week. And, if you do have leftovers, just make sure to store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator so they stay fresh!
