Korean Beef Tortillas – Nude in the Kitchen

Filled with savory, sweet, with only a little spicy beef stuffed into the melted cheese, you’ll fall in love with Korean beef tortillas. A little bit of leftover Korean beef inspired this delicious fusion twist of our late night burritos.

Korean Beef Tortillas

Is this really a Korean tortilla? Almost nothing, but yes Inspired by our feelings for the Korean flavor. (Now that I’m thinking about this, though, it’s hard for me to think of an authentic Korean option.) Are there many people making Mexican jam in Korea? < - This is a serious problem, friend.

All I know is that my family and many of you love this Korean-style ground beef skillet (we were inspired by our love of classic Korean Bulgogi years ago), and we also love a great spicy sizzling cake. So if I say that myself, just add a little Korean beef to my lunch corn dila lunch, which is a special glory.

Because of that impulse lunch? I’ve made these tortillas for this family many times now and they have earned a place in our tortilla recipes. And, along with the side note, if you like Korean beef like us like Korean beef, you will also need to put these Korean beef noodles on your compulsory list.

Ground beef tortillas

When my sister Jenny first made me a tortilla, I sighed and knew that my burrito world had changed. I will forever owe her to teach me how to make the perfect burritos. Butter = Tortilla happiness, my friends.

In the summer, there aren’t many tortilla combinations that outweigh sweet onions, fresh zucchini and grilled corn, as well as a little chicken and plenty of melted cheese. Tortillas filled with vegetables are some of my personal favorites.

If your crowd enjoys shrimp like we do, these shrimp tortillas are delicious, with bright bells and plenty of cheese satisfying. And they can cook fast enough for a busy schedule while still feeling special enough for the company.

Grilled barbecue pork stuffed in butter crispy Mexican cheese? That’s something I can’t resist. Pulled pork is one of my favorite foods that can be used to the fullest.

Serve: 4

  • Preheat large nonstick pan to medium heat. Gently coat one side of a tortilla with about ½ teaspoon butter and place it in a hot pan.

  • Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of cheese, ¼ cup Korean beef and another 2-3 tablespoons of cheese on the same half of the open tortilla. Sprinkle onion on top. Fold the tortillas themselves and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  • When the cheese starts to melt and the tortillas at the bottom are slightly browned, flip the folded tortillas to cook on the other side. Continue to cook until all the cheese melts and the tortillas are crispy around the edges.

  • Using a spatula, transfer the tortillas to the cutting board and cut in half when hot. warmth. Repeat as needed.
