Peach Bingbing

This almost incredibly easy-to-make recipe combines ripe peaches with a little sugar into a smooth puree, then freezes it into a lightweight, digging snack, naturally dairy-free and vegan.

Lemon keeps the flavor alive, while a pinch of salt almost magically makes the peach taste more pink.

One of my favorite things about sorbet is how it best captures the flavor of the fruit. When peach season, they are so sweet and delicious that you hardly need to do anything to them. Just mix them with a small amount of sugar to help them freeze well and stay recognizable and you’re good to go.

Depending on the sweetness of the peach, you may need to add sugar a little. If your peaches are super sweet, the sugar content should be very good. Taste the puree and add more if needed.

Fruit ice cream

The fruit sorbet is made quickly, perfect for hot days and is fancy enough to serve guests. Whether you’re putting sorbet oops into a bowl or splashing vodka into the bowl (if you know, if you know, this lemon sorbet is my introduction to that memorable combination), sorbet is a great frozen snack.

After trying peach sorbet and lemon sorbet, you also need to put the strawberry sorbet on the list.
