Perfect Moscow M Sauce Recipe

How to make the best Moscow Miao at home! This super easy vodka cocktail can be made very quickly and tastes great!
Not long ago, Moscow M-sauer was a vodka cocktail made with ginger beer and lime that seemed to be in popularity. However, it is currently undergoing a revival!
We noticed Moscow Moors popping up on the cocktail menu and promotions at the local bar. Given this new interest, we’ve shared a favorite way to make this super refreshing cocktail at home!
Key Ingredients
- vodka: Use vodka you already know and enjoy. Tito is a popular choice, but other mid-shelf-to-elevated options (such as Stolichnaya, Belvedere, or Ketel One) are also available.
- Ginger beer: Don’t confuse ginger beer with ginger beer (they are different!). Ginger beer is more gum-like and spicy. Fever-Tree is a wide range of options available, but feel free to use your favorite brand. Cock’n Bull, Gosling’s and D&G are also great. We also make this dark storm cocktail using ginger beer.
- lime: Freshly squeezed lime juice is crucial for this cocktail. I like to add the juice directly to the drink and then garnish the glass with a lime wedge or two for extra flavor and aroma.
- Glass or copper cup: I stick with tall glasses with ice, but for the full experience you can buy yourself a copper cup that you can keep in the refrigerator to make it very cold!
There are several variations. You can try using a Kentucky M-size that switches bourbon to vodka. Or, try adding extra flavors. The drinks are perfect at any time of the year to have fun in the season. Consider mixing the peaches and mixing them in peach m or using some applesauce as a fall cocktail.

Perfect Moscow M
