How to season salmon

This seasoning is easy to prepare and can be sprinkled with all kinds of seafood from salmon (of course!) to shrimp.

  • Dry the salmon and wipe with a little oil for better browning and cure the seasoning.
  • Season the salmon seasonally before cooking so that the salt does not start to break down the meat too early.
  • Cook salmon in the grill, oven or fryer.
  • Be sure to let it rest before serving.

How to cook salmon

The shape and thickness of salmon filet will determine how long it takes to cook. Thicker filets take longer, while thinner and flatter filets will take less time. Check your salmon early to make sure it doesn’t overcook.
