Shrimp Fagitas
Shrimp Fajitas are seasoned and gathered in 30 minutes, perfect for busy workdays.

Mix together chili powder, chili powder, cumin powder, oregano, onion powder and salt to make Fajita seasoning.

Add half of the seasoning to the shrimp and mix until well coated. Set aside.

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large cast iron skillet and add the onion and chili. Saute for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened. Add remaining seasoning and mix thoroughly. Slide the vegetables to one side of the skillet.

Heat the remaining oil in the skillet and add the shrimp. Cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked.

Served in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
Optional toppings include cilantro, Lime, sour cream and avocado sauce.
Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
