This simple chicken marinated makes a very juicy chicken that can be tailored to suit any meal.

  • Mix vegetable oil, Worcestershire, vinegar, mustard sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, pepper and garlic powder in a small bowl or freezer bag.

  • Add the chicken, at least 1 hour or up to 6 hours.

  • Grill, bake or bake as needed.

  • Preheat to medium heat, cook the chicken 7-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
