Cheese and peaches – Nude in the kitchen

Cream cheese, topped with juicy sweet peaches, plenty of fresh mint and drizzle, is about to become your favorite. Please, please, please, can the peach season last longer?

Peach with cheese
Mint and drizzle honey here is transformative with cheese and peaches. My friend, I am obsessed with mint. I’ve been traveling to the grocery store for extra trips just to make sure I don’t run out of mint. (That’s not kidding, my friends. I have some mint addiction here.)
Can we quickly talk about the amazing local small batches of honey? A few years ago, I met Leah Latshaw in the gym. Her family produced the Latshaw Apiaries Honey that I bought countless times in local stores and farmers’ markets.
I love all their fresh honey varieties and Latshaw’s regular honey is indeed the most delicious, delicious honey I’ve ever bought. If you are near the Granville Farmers Market or any local store selling honey, I can’t highly recommend it. We love it.

Peach cheese and peaches
I know the cheese has been there for a whole moment Some it. That said, cheese that goes with actual cheese is always my favorite – now I really love eating!
Now, cheese on the internet reminds me of a few years ago when cauliflower was added to almost everything from rice to pizza, cheese dips and seasonings.
Cheese + sweet, juicy peach + sprinkled with fresh mint + drizzle of honey = absolutely wonderful and irresistible breakfast, snack, lunch or dinner for this girl. Depending on my mood, I might pair it with something else, but usually it’s a whole meal, especially if I’m not super hungry. It just satisfies every time.
In my mean view, all cheeses are of different value. Try it until you find the right product for you. My personal preference is full fat (4%), small curd cheese.
I tried almost every name brand of cheese and (strangely) I tend to like store brands the most. Kroger and Meijer happen to be two of my favorite store brands.

If you’re looking for more stuff that’s actually worth working on making with cheese, this berry swirl cheesecake ice cream and extra protein is a winner for my whole family. (And we have firmly built the ice cream snob here so you can believe it is delicious!)
Cheesy scrambled eggs are a simple, protein-packed breakfast that our entire family loves. My boys were also filled with extra cheese and spinach, and since they were toddlers, my boys have been asking for these “powered eggs” and showing off their plain muscles.
Yes, you now also need to add mints to the berries and cheese.
